A reminder of the key dates following the release of Leaving Certificate results:

📊 Tuesday 25 August – 12 noon

The Leaving Cert can feel like a lot.

Study. Sleep. Breaks. Pressure. Worries about what comes next.

To help make things feel a little more manageable, #NPC has created **Steady Through Their Exams**, a practical toolkit for students and parents during exam time.

The toolkit includes an interactive PDF that students can fill in and use throughout their studies, with simple pages to help plan the day, organise the week and check in when things feel overwhelming.

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗸𝗶𝘁:

✅ Daily study planner

✅ Weekly planner

✅ Study notes page

✅ Quick reset tools

✅ Mood check in

✅ End of day reflection

✅ Support information for students and parents

This is not about adding more pressure.

It is about taking things one step at a time, building in breaks, keeping support close and reminding young people that they do not have to figure everything out on their own.
