An all-boys Catholic school, inspired by the vision of St. John Baptist De La Salle.

There was a great sense of anticipation in De La S There was a great sense of anticipation in De La Salle College yesterday morning, which turned to excitement later that afternoon at the special occasion of the ‘SETU 2026 Computer Science Awards’ ceremony.

Five of our students were shortlisted for the awards: Ross Grant, Jack Whyte, Eesaan Moharana, Tom Guiden and Gregor Rabatin. They faced very strong competition from the talented students of St. Paul’s and Mount Sion.

We were thrilled to learn that Eesaan Moharana won the overall award and proudly brought the title back to De La Salle College. We are incredibly proud of all the boys, who represented the college superbly throughout the competition. We now wish them every success in their upcoming exams.
What a performance from our incredible team today What a performance from our incredible team today in the Munster semi-final against Bishopstown. After a hard-fought battle, the match finished 2–2, bringing it to a nail-biting super set. The boys gave it everything but narrowly lost 7–5 in the end.

While the result didn’t go our way, their effort, determination, and teamwork were second to none. They showed true Lasallian spirit throughout—supporting one another, competing with heart, and displaying outstanding sportsmanship from start to finish.

We couldn’t be prouder of this group. They represented us with such pride today—well done, boys! 💚
