💬 Have questions about your options?

Whatever your situation, you do not have to make sense of it on your own.

The National Parents and Students Leaving Certificate Helpline is open today from 10am–6pm.

Experienced guidance counsellors can help explain your options, talk through CAO questions and look at other pathways where needed.

The service can also support questions around results, viewing examination scripts, appeals, apprenticeships, FET, tertiary programmes and a wide range of other guidance-related questions.

For parents, today can be a good time to listen before offering solutions. Give your young person space to react, help them check the facts and encourage them to get guidance if they are uncertain.

Parents can also contact the Helpline directly if they need help understanding the options.
