Subject Choice Showcase in Study Hall

A great opportunity today for our TY and 3rd–5th year students to discuss their subjects with 5th & 6th yrs in the Study Hall.

Students had the opportunity to browse textbooks, view student samples, and ask questions about subject content, assessment structures, and what each subject is really like.

A huge thank you to our 6th and 5th year students who generously took the time to speak with the TY and 3rd years about the senior cycle subjects they are passionate about. They truly demonstrated Lasallian spirit, leadership, and a wonderful sense of community in action.

Our Harty Cup squad travelled to Kilkenny today for a great challenge match against Kilkenny CBS in St. James’ Park. Despite the tough conditions, both teams tore into the game and produced some brilliant passages of play throughout.

Huge congratulations to our Under-15 soccer team who came out on top in a highly entertaining clash against a strong Douglas side today. ⚽️
Nathan Power (4) and Rian Byrne found the net, but it was an outstanding team performance from start to finish. Every player showed real quality on the ball and immense determination off it, with Charlie Flynn, Tommy Stafford and Lukasz Adamiec leading by example throughout.

TYs are set for a fun trip to Dundrum on Ice, along with other activities throughout the week.

Plenty of matches and training sessions lined up as our teams continue to represent the school.

Yesterday, they took on the national finals of the ISTA Senior Science Quiz in none other than Trinity College Dublin — and what a performance! 🤩🧠✨

Both of our brilliant teams did the school proud, showing incredible teamwork, talent and positivity throughout the competition. They were truly outstanding ambassadors for the college.

A massive well done to Eesaan, Mikhail and David, who finished an incredible 4th place with 39 points — just one point away from the medals! 🥳🔥
