✨ Another fantastic SVP event! ✨ Our students ✨ Another fantastic SVP event! ✨
Our students with the help of our SVP conference in De La Salle College took part in another great event celebrating the active role and importance of SVP in our community. Moments like this remind us of the strength that comes from unity — when people come together with a shared purpose, anything is possible. 💙
It also highlights the incredible work SVP does to support those less fortunate in our community, making a real difference to so many people.
 Pictured here:
Mr Bourke and the dedicated SVP committee. A special thank you to Jack Phelan, who very kindly brought in his drone to capture some amazing aerial shots, and to Jenson Hall for the fantastic photos.
Community, teamwork and kindness in action 🙌
💚 50 Years of the Waterford Samaritans 💚 Tod 💚 50 Years of the Waterford Samaritans 💚
Today we were delighted to take a moment to acknowledge, appreciate and celebrate an incredible milestone — 50 years of the Samaritans in Waterford.
For half a century, the Waterford branch has been there for people when they need it most. Day and night, 24/7, 365 days a year, there is always a listening ear available. Their phone lines are manned entirely by dedicated volunteers, offering support, compassion and understanding to anyone who reaches out.
To mark this special anniversary, our students came together to form the number 50, recognising and commemorating the 50 years of care, kindness and support the Samaritans have provided to the Waterford community.
A huge thank you to the volunteers who give their time so generously. Your work truly makes a difference. 💚
